From cases I've actually examined, even when the annual cycle is favorable. If The major cycle itself is in a low period, the overall picture remains limited. Conversely. If The major cycle is smooth but the Ji star enters an important palace in the annual cycle, that particular year still requires extra caution.
Key point: The annual Life Palace is not fixed in the same palace
From the consultations I've assisted with, the method for determining the starting palace of the annual fortune: first take the heavenly stem of the current lunar year.
